Although most hair is gone with in 4 treatments, it’s just not possible for all the hair to be gone forever in that timeframe, regardless of the laser machine being used. You may have quicker results if you have had previous hair removal treatments or have super fine, low-dense hair. 1/4 to 1/3 of actively growing pigmented hair roots are damaged or destroyed in any one session. Almost all people will need between 6-8 treatments to reach a satisfactory degree of hair reduction.

​Pain is minimized with the use of a sapphire cooling crystal so no gel is required. The laser works best when hairs are in an early growth stage. Because all of the hairs are not in this phase at the same time, multiple treatments are required. The appearance of the treated area immediately following treatment will vary from patient to patient, depending on the extent of the procedure and the skin type. Side effects are rare and, if they do occur, are typically minor. They may include redness and swelling around the hair follicle, indicating that the follicle has responded to treatment. Most people return to normal activity right away. Due to the fact that laser treatments use non-ionizing energy, there is no risk of skin cancer.
